Big. Fast. Easy. is a group of 3 musicians from diverse backgrounds that have come together to create a unique sound that is sure to raise eyebrows and an intense groove that will keep you wanting more. Greg Lueking’s dynamics and groove on the bass are unmistakable, providing the harmonic foundation and rock-solid groove. The words and guitar that you hear are from the passionate heart of Alex LoSardo who is as far away from “tame” as you can be. Big. Fast. Easy.’s music has the raw energy of rock & roll, the smooth feeling of soul, and the fun bounce of funk that keeps crowds going strong all night long. (excerpts from ASU West Times article by Lauren Cusimano) “The Rebel Set is a talented surf rock band that is definitely something to be recognized as a local sound off the beaten path. Fans of old-fashioned surf punk enclosed with a fuzzy garage sound will definitely find a home at their shows, along with enjoying a personal spin of the anticipated album. Some of the band’s influences include: Link Wray, Rocket From The Crypt, The Tornados, Screaming Jay Hawkins, Holly Golightly, The Raveonettes, Buddy Holly, Duane Eddy, The Buzzcocks, The Ventures, The Original Surfaris, Lee Hazelwood, Nancy Sinatra, The Ronettes, Al Casey, Hubb Kapp and the Wheels, and Ryan and the Wipers. “
